We are a prevention, intervention and solution driven organization. A comprehensive, interactive mental health program that is designed to address the behavior and character development in middle and high school students. We believe that youth need more positive reinforcements. Therefore, our workshop experience is most effective as a two hour, once a week, six-week program. Although the modules can be delivered separately, topic by topic, each topic comes with a dramatic arts component that is fun and engaging.
Youth today are bombarded with the buildup of hormonal, home, school, peer, media, and racial stress and now for so many the fear of police stress. Unfortunately, they catch the tail end of this moving beast called stress. The problem with the tail end of anything moving is that it whips, knocking down everything in its path. The stress beast places all youth at risk!
This in-class room workshop/topical discussion group activity is interactive and is best delivered as a two hours long. program but we can negotiate on time. We tackle discussion topics such as: Overcoming Youth Stress, H.A.T.E. Hurting About to Explode, Every Day is a New Day, Change Your Focus, Protecting You in A Broken Nation, and Building a Firm Foundation. We would love to partner with your school or youth group.
We are all force fed a moral diet that is developed out of the minds of those that control the information we are fed. The last 5 decades of information has been delivered through the facets of the media that has driven our society into a dark hole. Today we are living in a world where wrong is being called right, and right is being called wrong. Many are caught in the cycle of darkness that is carrying generation to generation away from the morals, values and standards needed to live healthy.
The message through the media is a "do whatever you want to do" feel good message, which is toxic. This evil toxicity fuels what youth know, how they feel, and who they become. From decade to decade we've often dismiss this dark cycle as a part of a FAD culture, as if you go in and come out of it. Unfortunately today, too many youth do not make it out of the FAD, alive. It is imperative that we counter this evil agenda plaguing our youth with an overflow of character development. In these last days, we must find creative ways to incorporate life skills into their daily diet.
Is a three month fun and interactive character development after/summer school program that uses the power of Psychodrama that is designed to awaken the "positive leader" within youth. Youth discuss topics, frame their own storyline and act in their own stage play production. We address teen topics such as; anger, fear, self-worth, bullying/conflict, self control, and suicide. This program uses a practical approach to bring awareness to the many choices teens face daily.
